Return & Exchange Policy

Digital products All ebook and digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Hats & Bucket Hats All hat sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on headwear unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect and we'll make it right.

Apparel We accept returns and exchanges on clothing items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original condition

Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange, no exceptions.

How to start a return or exchange Contact us at hello@guauguaushop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Guau Guau reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.
